Kudos on a good run; but most importantly - thanks for the invaluable 180 SPM . . how in the $%#& am I going to 1) make sure I am following my Ullrey promptes intervals correctly, 2) count my steps . . was that a stumble/skip or step . . .and 3) time my step counting intervals . . all while trying to maintain good form, breath 4 times though my nose, 2 times out my mouth, throw the sweat I've wiped from my brow over my left shoulder . . all while not inflicting immediate paralysis on my beloved mother because I was not paying attention to the "crack" schematics of the sidewalk . . . .by the way . . . check out my blog for a deeper appreciation of "Stay Gold"B.
